1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Our desktop applications do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Drawing files, schedule files, or their contents
• File names or file paths
• Usage statistics or telemetry
• Location data
• Any data transmitted to external servers

2. Local Data Storage

Our applications store the following data locally on your computer only:

• User preferences and application settings
• License activation data (encrypted, machine-locked)
• Error logs for troubleshooting (stored in %LocalAppData%)
• Cached thumbnails and temporary files
• Language preferences

3. License Activation

Our products use offline RSA-2048 licensing. License keys are tied to your machine fingerprint and do not require internet access after activation. The following data is processed locally during activation:

• Machine ID (CPU + motherboard + disk hash — SHA-256)
• Customer name and email (provided voluntarily by the user)

This information is used solely to generate your license key and is never transmitted automatically.

4. Third-Party Services

Our products do not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only optional external connections are:

• Cloud storage (CADPowerKit): If you configure Google Drive or FTP sync, files are transferred to your own accounts — we have no access.
• OraGuard Agent: The scan agent connects only to Oracle databases you configure. No data is sent to Fahem Tech servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our products are professional engineering tools intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

6. Data Security

All locally stored sensitive data (license files) is encrypted using Windows DPAPI (Data Protection API) with machine-scoped encryption. License files cannot be transferred between machines.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
